Full time Customer Care Team Member

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic person with previous experience in Customer Care to fill a full time position within our fast paced and ever growing Client Care Team.

Previous experience working with booking systems would be preferred.

Location: Chesham & Amersham (but flexibility to work at Chalfont St Giles if required)

Full driving license required.

Approximately 40hrs per week with 3:6 weekends. The candidate should be able to work shifts and late finishes. We are open 7 days a week with opening hours of 7:45am - 11:00pm.

You will be able to show:

  • experience of providing a high standard of client care skills in a fast-paced environment with customers both face to face or on the telephone
  • proven experience of using Microsoft Office; database; booking and telephone systems
  • the ability to multitask and work with accuracy and attention to detail with minimum supervision in a busy environment
  • ability to communicate in fluent English with clarity both orally and in writing
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to resolve issues appropriately

Creating excellent First Impressions for our clients & General duties include:

  • the setting up and cleaning of consulting rooms ready for the clinical team
  • being the first point of contact for all clients on the phone, email and face-to-face
  • giving preventative healthcare advise, e.g. our recommended flea treatment (training given)
  • providing support and empathy to our clients in upsetting situations
  • promoting our Healthcare Plan
  • booking appointments for vet & nurse consultations and for day patients for surgery
  • taking & recording accurately- prescriptions and food order requests from clients
  • processing payments from clients, general counter sales and banking procedures
  • Responding to emails and enquiries

Qualifications and Skills

Previous customer care experience in a fast paced environment would be advantageous for this role due to its complexity and the busy environment.

Part time Insurance Claim Administrator

What are we looking for?

We have a vacancy for a flexible, team player with a high standard of personal motivation and initiative to join our Wheelhouse Administration team to process our pet healthcare insurance claims.

The position amounts to around 20 hours per week and can be flexibly split to work around your personal or family needs.  We are open from 8am – 10pm across our sites so you truly can pick your hours to suit you!

Location: Chesham or Chalfont St Giles, Buckinghamshire.

This position may suit a nurse wishing to move to a different role whilst continuing to utilise their clinical knowledge.
