Vicky started working with the Wheelhouse in 2003 as a full time receptionist and was quickly promoted to Head receptionist. While she had her 2 children she took a step back and worked part time. Since returning to work in a full time capacity several years ago now Vicky progressed onto becoming our Client Care Manager and has more recently been promoted to the position of Group Practice Manager.
As Practice Manager Vicky is very proud to continue looking after all areas of client care for the Wheelhouse Vets as well as further principle areas of responsibility including:
Training and Development, Social & Digital Media, Human Resources Manager, Health & Safety, Data Protection, Marketing, Information Technology, Handling complaints & Client Financial Management.
Vicky has completed a NVQ level 2 in Customer Service and NVQ level 2 in Team Leading.
Vicky lives with her fiance Alexander, her 2 children Jessica & Matthew and 3 cats called Splodge, Ella & Nina.
