Client Care Representative
We are looking for a friendly Client Care Representative to join our busy, customer-focused veterinary practice based in the Chilterns.
We are a thriving practice with an excellent reputation in our local community and pride ourselves on our impeccable customer care.
This role is fast-paced and fun with no working day the same so we are looking for calm and committed individuals who enjoy a challenge and work well under pressure.
Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with the clients and the clinical staff to provide 5-star customer care
- Meeting and greeting clients with professionalism
- Booking appointments and diary management
- Managing telephone and email enquiries
- Taking payment for services and products
- Managing cash and end of day banking
- Cleaning and preparing rooms for consultations
- Opening and closing the practice
The role offers a generous salary and holiday package, a paid day off for your birthday, paid overtime, paid lunch breaks, and further learning and development is actively encouraged.
As we operate over four branches, successful candidates may be required to provide cover at alternative sites; therefore, a use of own vehicle and a full, clean driving license are essential.
This is a full-time role consisting of 37.5 hours per week plus working 1 weekend in 4.

The Wheelhouse Veterinary Centre is owned by IVC Evidensia and led by our own in-house management team. We have had the privilege of caring for small animals in the local community for over 50 years.

Salary: £21,700.00 per year
